The BOLD Awards welcome individuals, companies, and organizations that have played a key role in a project that fits one of our 12 award categories. To be eligible, the project must be beyond the idea stage and have been launched or implemented within the past two years.
All are eligible to enter whether a household name or startup and have a fair and equal chance of winning! As a global awards program, entrants can be based anywhere in the world.
Create an account and then go to submit your project to access the submission form. You must answer all the required questions to complete the entry. Each entry form will take approximately 3 minutes to complete.
Note: Information you submit may be used in BOLD Awards announcements and materials to publicize the nominee and the awards ceremony on April 9th, 2027 in Barcelona
Each company may submit one entry per category. If you’d like to be considered in additional categories, you’re welcome to submit a separate entry for each one, provided you meet the eligibility criteria. Additional entries are subject to the standard entry fee.
The processing fee helps cover the administrative costs of running the BOLD Awards program, including the review and evaluation of submissions, coordination of the jury process, and the organization of the awards ceremony.
All entries are subject to a €297 processing fee. Early Bird entrants who submit by September 25 can take advantage of the discounted rate of €197. Once submitted, entries can be updated at any time until two weeks before the public voting period begins.

Yes. You can return to your entry and update it at any time before the submission deadline on December 30th 2026.
After completing the submission form, you will be redirected to the BOLD Awards’ payment page. You can pay via PayPal or by credit card (without a PayPal account and without registering with PayPal). If you are unable to do an online payment, please email us at hello@bold-awards.com
All entries are reviewed by the BOLD Awards jury – a panel of independent experts. The process includes a public voting phase followed by final evaluation by the jury to determine the winners.
Public voting will be open to everyone starting in the third week of January 2027. To ensure fair voting, our system allows one vote per category from each IP address or email address.
We closely monitor all voting activity. If we detect fraudulent accounts, suspicious voting patterns, or the use of automated voting scripts, we will investigate the activity, request clarification where necessary, and reserve the right to invalidate any votes that are found to be in violation of our voting rules.

*Editorial publication is not guaranteed to all successful entrants, but may be offered as a benefit to selected Finalists and Winners.
A ticket to the BOLD Awards Gala Dinner accesses a unique evening of networking with global innovators and category partners, plus haute cuisine dining with premium drinks.
The regular ticket price is €1,375. Each Top Finalist can purchase up to two Gala Dinner tickets at the exclusive discounted rate of €895 per seat. The ticket includes a three-course meal and drinks.

Yes. BOLD finalists are required to attend the awards ceremony or have at least one representative present at which their award will be conferred.
